I stumbled upon the job offer for the office assistant position and applied. And that was the best thing that could have happened to me!
What Do You Do at the Kölsch Crew?
I book and coordinate all tours, answer inquiries, and maintain contact with guests and guides. In the office, we are true all-rounders – we even create our social media posts ourselves, which makes the job wonderfully creative. Plus, it’s simply fun to work with such a great team (Michael and Marina 😉).
What Do You Enjoy most about your Job?
I like the variety and the direct interaction with people. Every day is different, and it’s great to see how many guests experience Cologne through our tours.
What Makes Cologne Special for You?
Cologne is an incredibly beautiful city with wonderful architecture and history. Depending on which district you’re in, it feels like you’re in a different world. The people are friendly and open-minded, and there’s an incredible amount to discover – especially if you take the time to look up at the building facades.
What Absolutely Must You See in Cologne (besides the Cathedral)?
I love the Chocolate Museum – and, of course, the lovingly designed Christmas markets.
Fun Fact about You
I still don’t lead any tours – and prefer to stay in the office, where I can take care of everything. 😄
